What kinds of companies do you work with?
Industrial distributors and suppliers: valve, flange, and fitting distributors, pipe and PVF suppliers, MRO and industrial supply houses, and the construction and industrial services companies that buy from them.
Where does AI actually help a distributor?
In the reading and typing your team does all day. AI pulls line items out of emailed RFQs and purchase orders, drafts quotes and orders for a rep to check, answers product and spec questions from your own catalog and datasheets, and sorts incoming requests so the right person sees them.
Can you work with the ERP we already have?
Yes. We integrate with the ERP and CRM you already run, including NetSuite, Epicor, Infor, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and HubSpot, as well as older and custom systems. You don’t need to replace your ERP to fix quoting or inventory.
Will AI make mistakes on our quotes?
AI drafts and your team approves. Nothing goes to a customer without a person signing off, and we build the system to flag what it isn’t sure about instead of guessing. Your reps spend their time checking instead of typing.
What happens to our data when you use AI?
Your pricing, customer, and order data stays in your systems. We build on business AI services that don’t train on your data, and we can keep sensitive fields out of the AI step entirely.
How long does a custom quoting system take?
Most quoting projects launch a first version in 6 to 12 weeks, depending on how many pricing rules and systems it connects to. We build in stages, so your team starts using it early and it keeps improving from there.
Can you build a product configurator for valves or other configured products?
Yes. We build guided configurators that walk buyers through options like size, material, pressure class, and end connection, then resolve their choices to the right part number or send them to a quote request.
Do we have to replace our current website?
No. We can add quote requests, customer accounts, or a product catalog to the site you have, or rebuild it if it’s holding you back.
Have you built AI systems before?
Yes. We run AI in production today, including AI search over large document collections with every answer tied to its source, and automated workflows that read documents, score them, and draft output for a person to approve.
Do you only work with companies in Texas?
No. We’re based in Austin, Texas and work with companies across the U.S. Most of the work happens remotely, and we come on site when it helps.
What does it cost?
It depends on the scope. A single integration or a quote request form costs far less than a full quoting platform. After a discovery call, we send a written plan with pricing for the first phase, so you know the cost before anything starts.
Do you support the software after launch?
Yes. We host, maintain, and support what we build, with same-day response on support requests.
